    Is there a request limit?
    No, but only one request is worked on at a time with a turnaround time of 24 hours.
    Will someone onboard me?
    No. After you subscribe to a plan, you will recieve an email with an invite link to Trello. In Trello, you will see a link to the Stripe customer portal where you can manage your current subscription.
    How do we communicate?
    We use Trello for project management and sometimes Slack.
    How does the pause feature work?
    Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. For example, if you subscribe and use the service for 10 days and then pause your subscription, the billing cycle will get paused and you’ll have 21 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
    Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
    Due to the custom high quality work and time put in, there will be no refunds issued.
